Wow, it's been almost a year since the last public build. This build has
many many improvements and bugfixes.
Debris Visual Art build #40c
– 543k. (23-feb-2005)
A bunch of improvements to the display system in this one: Smoother transitions,
"overscan mode" (to cut off the goopy edges), option to clearly display the added
object during the transition (before it melts into the scene), and a highly
experimental "Write to wallpaper" option. You can also save the current image
to PNG and BMP as well as PPM.
UPDATED: 24-feb-2005: 40c fixes wallpaper updating while minimized. It is otherwise the same as 40.
Debris Visual Art build #39
– 583k. (07-feb-2005)
Wow, even more bugs stomped, including a big one in the
composition engine. You should definitely install this one. Also: minimize to
systray, much quicker shutdown, better highlight rects, better mystery shuffle,
more. Also I changed the default composition settings to be quicker and
more interactive. Also I got rid of the #1 from the name... I guess I was gonna do a series
of visual art programs but I never got around to the rest :)
Debris Visual Art #1 build #38
– 567k. Reorganized control panel from a giant insano pile into sane, sane tabs. :)
Also, more polish
and many bugs stomped. Definitely worth upgrading to. (posted 03-feb-2005)
Debris Visual Art #1 build #37 – 574k. Lots of improvements! Canvas size selection (including 16:9
modes), always on top, ability to specify GIS search keywords, bugfixes, more options.
Debris Visual Art #1 build #36 – 783k.
Now with automatic installer and uninstaller.
The placement algorithm has been improved quite a bit as well. (01-sep-2004)
Debris Visual Art #1 build #35 – 1.4Mb . Mostly just bugfixes, and a color boost control.
(16-aug-2004)
build #34 – 1.3Mb (much bigger due to huge random word table for Google mode. yes,
now there is a Google mode for if you're sick of staring the Internet in the crotch ;P Also the scene is saved in between program runs, and you can set the canvas color, and more. Right-click and choose 'Controls...')
(29-jul-2004)
